Full Service Planning + Design
Our Full-Service Planning and Design service is not a checklist—it’s concierge-level expertise guiding every step of the journey. We manage the big picture and the smallest details: venues, budgets, payments, RSVPs, vendors, timelines, and guest hospitality. Led by nationally recognized Creative Director Laurel Fox, we craft a visual story that feels authentically you—thoughtfully elevated. Every choice— color palettes, textures, florals, rentals, layouts—is intentional and designed with the guest experience at its core.
Thematic Development
We love learning about you and what makes your life abundant, joyful, and fun! After investing the time to understand what is important to you, we carefully develop your specific and cohesive wedding theme. You can rest assured that every design choice, from the room layout to paper selections, genuinely reflects your personal hosting style.
Creative Direction
We work closely with our creative partners and other vendors to bring your wedding theme to life. We don’t just hand over plans and leave the rest to chance; we walk alongside your vendors every step of the way to ensure that every detail is picture perfect.
Design Inspiration
We want you to be able to visualize your celebration during the planning process. Whether it’s swatches, sketches, design boards, or renderings, we provide you with detailed depictions of your wedding day so that you can easily show the girls, Grandma, and Aunt Sue what you’ve been working on!

Event Planning
Our comprehensive planning service is perfect if you want to play creative director but have zero interest in chasing down florists or drafting spreadsheets at midnight. We handle the not-so-glamorous essentials—vendor wrangling, bulletproof timelines, and logistical oversight—so you can focus on the fun stuff. Think of it as: you choose the pretty things, we make sure they actually show up (on time, in the right place). This service skips the design work but keeps the process seamless, stress-free, and memorable. Services begin at booking and include:

We leverage our network of top-tier vendors to secure the best services, negotiate contracts, and manage all communications, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Contract Negotiation
We offer expert contract negotiation services to ensure you receive the best terms and value from your wedding vendors.
Guest Services
We manage every detail from accommodations and transportation to personalized welcome packages and on-site assistance, ensuring that your guests feel valued and free to immerse themselves in the celebration.
Event Management
Even the most organized couples eventually realize someone has to run the show. That’s where our Event Management service steps in—picking up the reins during the final 30 days of your engagement to make sure all those carefully laid plans actually unfold as intended. We coordinate with your vendor team, finesse the timelines and checklists, and quietly handle the behind-the-scenes chaos so you don’t have to. On wedding day, you, your family, and your friends get to do the fun part—celebrate—while we make sure every detail hits its mark. Services begin 30 days prior to your wedding and include:
Personalized Timeline
We create timelines tailored to your wedding day. Our detailed plans cover every aspect of the celebration, including vendor and bridal party schedules, ceremony sequences, reception activities, and everything in between!
Detailed Floor Plans
Our expertly crafted floor plans are designed to represent every element of your design, from seating arrangements to décor placement, allowing for seamless coordination amongst your vendor team.
Vendor Management
We coordinate with your vendors 10 weeks prior to your event to ensure your wedding day unfolds as expected. We handle all of the logistics leading up to the wedding to ensure no detail is forgotten. On wedding day, our team is on-site to oversee every detail, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure everything runs according to plan!
